  • The minimum contract length depends on which package you select.

    Packages One and Two require a minimum contract length of 3 months, while Package Three requires a minimum contract length of 6 months.

  • That’s okay! All levels of health and fitness experience are welcome here.

    Your workouts will be custom designed to fit your experience while also pushing you to the reach for the next level.

  • It sure can! Coach Tim will develop your program to move you closer to your goals. So if that includes running a half marathon, completing some kind of workout challenge, or just keeping your Peloton stats up, TFP can and will integrate well.

  • That Fit Pastor was created to serve people who help people, but Coach Tim believes that fitness is for everyone. Please reach out to Tim to start the conversation and see if it’s a good fit.

  • If you’ve selected a package that includes personal training (Package Two or Three), your personal training sessions can be completed in-person or virtually. If you’re training in-person with Coach Tim, you can choose to workout at home with your own equipment, at a gym, at a park, or otherwise!

  • Yes! Frequent travel is one of the parameters that Coach Tim can apply when creating your programming. If you know you’ll need to complete your workouts in a hotel gym or without any equipment, just let your coach know in advance.

  • Absolutely! TFP has several clients that don’t live nearby. Package One works from anywhere in the world, and the personal training component of Packages Two and Three can be done virtually.

  • TFP does not provide nutrition coaching at this time. However, TFP can make a recommendation to point you in the right direction.

  • Please reach out to Coach Tim at your earliest convenience to start a conversation about switching mid-contract.
